Pan Type Humidifier
Pan Type Humidifier made out of 2 mm M.S. or SS sheet as per the
requirement of the customer. Size of the tank will be as per the KW
capacity of the humidifier. It will give have connection for make-up
water, over flow and drain. Sight glass is provided on the tank to see
inside the tank and marine light is also provided inside for better
vision. The top of the tank is openable with sufficient numbers of nuts
and bolts and the tank is air tight and leak proof. At the top of the
tank nozzle isprovided for the outlet of steam.
The tank is insulated with fibre glass and finally cladded with aluminium sheet.
Electrical panel is made out of 16 gauge CRC sheet and is powder coated
both from outside and inside, electrical panel consist of MCB,
Contractor, low water level cut-out, heating thermostat for individual
bank, high temperature cut-off, humidistat, fault indicating lamp,
heaters etc. The panel will be internally wired.
