Hot Water Generators
Complete with electrical panel consisting of Switchgear and controls
like relief valve, low water level cut-off, High temperature cut-off etc
VESSEL CONSTRUCTION
Vessel of the Hot Water Generator is made out of M.S. sheet as per IS
2062 GR-A, 6 mm to 12 mm thick shell and 8mm to 12mm thick dish ends
with top open able according to the size of Generator. Vessel is spray
galvanized from inside to avoid corrosion and SS lining is also done on
request at extra cost.
WATER LINE CONNECTION
2 to 8 Diapipes with flanged end connection according to the size/ Capacity of the Generator.
HEATING ELEMENT
Own make Electrical immersion heaters and also use other makes on request at extra cost.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
Made from 16 gauge sheet provided with MCCB/SFU, bus bar, outgoing
contactors with HRC fuses, push buttons, lamps on each step with
digital step controller Automatic alarm and cut - off for low water
level and high temperature, ammeter and voltmeter with selector
switches. The control wiring is tested at factory to ensure the working
of all the controls and switchgear satisfactory.
CAPACITY CONTROL
Capacity control of the Hot Water Generator is equally distributed in
load. This is also divided from 1 to 8 steps according the capacity.
CONTROLS
Digital thermometer, 100mm dia. pressure gauges with ball valves, thermostat, relief valve, alarm with indication lights.
PRESSURE TEST
The Vessel of the Hot water generator is tested at the 250 PSI. And hold the pressure for 24 hours.
INSULATION
With 50 to100mm thick fibre glass and cladding with 0.8 to 1.5 mm
aluminium sheet or G.I sheet as per the requirement of the client.
